Original Replica Item: Only One Available. This is a great U.S. M-1928A1 ”Cap Piston” replica gun, made by the well-known Model Gun Corporation of Japan. This particular model is the M-1921 TAAC, which came in the ”gangster” and ”military configuration. This is the military configured version, with the short 20 round size magazine and horizontal foregrip. We have attached one of our reproduction Kerr slings to complete the look. The replica seems to be made of zinc or aluminum, and the stocks are wood.

These work with replica ”cartridges”, which have small caps ”plugged” into the front of them, which then is detonated by the replica bolt. These would then be ejected like a real spent cartridge, and could be reloaded with additional caps.

This example comes complete with magazine in the original box! There is also some paperwork included regarding the M-1921, which includes a parts diagram. The replica guns good, and will dry fire. We have not however tested it for functionality with caps, and cannot guarantee it would work. It does cock and dry fire, but the front of the bolt is angled. We do not know if this is how it is supposed to be, or whether it was deactivated.
