Description
Original Items: Only One Set Available. This is a very nice collection of German WWII Political Insignia, which was brought back from the European theater by a USGI after the war was concluded.
This lovely set includes:
– One German WWII WWII German NSDAP Political Leader’s Aluminum Belt Buckle, marked on the back with RZM code M4/27, for Overhoff & Cie. of Lüdenscheid. Officially called the Leibriemenschloß für Politische Leiter (Belt Buckle for Political Leader), these were worn by all leaders within the NSDAP, replacing the SA belt & buckle in 1940.
– One German WWII NSKK Uniform Cut Off Eagle, complete with the original RZM paper label, which even shows the holes where it was sewn through. It has the Hersteller (Supplier) number A4 / 134, complete with the tax codes and lot number still visible. The NSKK, National Sozialistisches Kraftfahr Korps (National Socialist Motor Corps) was a paramilitary transportation corps in NSDAP Germany.
– One German WWII SA-Wehrmannschaft Sports Badge in Gold Grade by W. Redo. Known in German as the sportabzeichen, these were awarded to members of the SA for athletic achievement during the annual sports festivals. These were all part of a larger SA-Wehrmannschaft program, intended to train members of the SA.
– One German WWII SA-Wehrmannschaft Event Badge Tinnie. These badges were made to commemorate attendance during the larger SA events. This example is marked GRUPPE FRANKEN 1938 KAMPFTAGE DER SA (Battle Days of the SA). Most likely for a mock battle day of the SA.
– One German 1936 Winter Olympics Pin with an Edelweiß flower with a Swas (Swas) in the middle and the Olympic Rings below. It has a central banner with the location GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN, the location of the 1936 games. These were made with and without the swas on the pin. This is the example with, for Germans and party members.
– One German WWII Brass Reichsadler (National Eagle) cap badge in brass. These were used on the caps of numerous NSDAP political organizations.
A wonderful totally genuine grouping perfect for the WW2 German collector.
