GR79-0821-5218, Webley and Son London and Birmingham marked. This is a Mark III with caliber marked, .455/476. 4 inch barrel, 6 shot with strong flashes of blue in protected places. The grips are hard rubber with wear to checking. Bright rifled bore with scattered spots of surface spotting. The Webley Revolver was also known as the Webley Top-Break Revolver or Webley Self-Extracting Revolver. They a standard issue service revolver for the armed forces of the United Kingdom, the British Empire and the Commonwealth, from 1887 until 1947.
