GR79-0123-4263, Sprague and Marston Dragoon Pepperbox, .31 cal, 6 shot. With 6 inch barrels. Overall dark chocolate patina with patches of surface residue. With maker markings on the long barrel and dealer marked, J. FRESH on the hammer. The frame is factory engraved with slight gap where 2 frame panels meet. Lightly worn bag handle grips with traces of original varnish. Gun does not function and needs work on the mechanics. Trigger pull sometimes rotates the cylinder but the hammer does not come up when you pull the trigger. Uncommon gun, harder to find Marston pistol and even more uncommon Sprague and J Fresh markings. Certainly some value add if someone has the means to fix it. Good overall.
